For any anyone who has decided to become a vegetarian, sometimes it can be hard to fuse together some of your favorite meals without getting in the way of incorporating meat into your regimen.  

As a fellow “vegie head” I think it’s important to have as many resources as possible when transitioning into a healthier lifestyle, and I am here to help with my list of seven meals for beginner vegetarians that will help you stay on track and add variety in your cooking selections.
